100m - 19:00  

200m - 19:50 (approx) 

Races will be mixed Male/Female and seeding on submitted times.

Age Groups: U13 and above

Cost of Entry: £8.50 for one event or £14.00 for two. Entry Fees are not refundable or transferable 

Booking Information: Please enter your recent PB or SB when booking, this will help us correctly seed the event.

Registration - Open from 17:00  

Close:

• 18:15 for 100m 
• 19:15 for 200m

If you are going to be late, please call in advance on 0208 344 7230 so we can seed you.   

Races and Seeding

This year we will be back to running mixed male/female and will be run fastest to slowest. Please listen for announcements for your race to be called.

Please note that races are run approximately every 4 mins from the estimated start times. I.e. Race 2 – 19:03, Race 3 – 19:06 etc
