Eastbourne Rovers invite you to the Ronhill Mile Night!
ENTRY CLOSED. STRICTLY NO FURTHER ENTRIES OR ENTRIES ON NIGHT.
We last held our Mile event in November 2021 but this time we are switching to a May evening to make it more conducive to good racing and more welcoming to athletes and spectators alike.
Inclusivity is key, heats will be available for estimated times from ~15 to 4 minutes.
Proceeds of the event are to maintain the town's track and secure it's future for generations to come.
There will be multiple seeded mile races on the track, music, commentary, photo finish timing and more. Spectators will be invited into lane 4 to create a vibrant atmosphere. We also aim to provide you with official 1500m split time!
We’re looking to invite pacers to the event. Please get in touch if you wish to be a pacer!

Come and join us from 6pm Friday 24 May 2024, races start from 6:30.
£10 for EA licensed runners, £12 without.
We have a small prize pot, we must remember this is a fundraiser, however a little incentive is something we've worked hard to offer you.
The fastest male and female milers on the night will receive £30 cash each.
As a bonus if the track records are broken then there is an additional £50 up for grabs! The male record is 4:22 and female record is 5:09.
