World Masters shoe rules will apply, so carbon-plate non-spikes shoes can be used in the middle-distance events as well as the spiked shoes

Athletes to report to track events 15-20 minutes prior to start time of race and athletes for field events to report to area of event at least 15-30 minute prior to event to warm up. Pole vault athletes can arrive 45 minutes prior to start time for run up and 30 minutes prior for high jump.

No guest athletes will be allowed to compete.

There are three trophies to be won. Women's trophy, Men's trophy and the Overall Trophy. Good luck to all the teams competing
