Invitation Only to the Masters Area Clubs from around the UK. Nine out of eleven clubs have paid the entry fee to this year's event. The clubs taking part are:

10. Only the following spikes are allowed on the indoor track.
a. Omnilite Ceramic Pyramid or Christmas Tree 5 or 7 mm;
b. Steel Christmas Tree 6mm
c. Steel RT Compression 6mm
CORRECT SPIKES CAN BE BOUGHT AT LEE VALLEY ON THE DAY!
They will not allow – steel pyramid, tartan or needle spikes (all sizes).
World Masters shoe rules will apply, so carbon-plate non-spikes shoes can be used in the middle-distance events as well as the spiked shoes
Athletes to report to call room for track events 15-20 minutes prior to start time of race and athletes for field events to report to area of event at least 15-30 minute prior to event to warm up. Pole vault athletes can arrive 45 minutes prior to start time for run up and 30 minutes prior for high jump.
No guest athletes will be allowed to compete.
There are three trophies to be won. Women's trophy, Men's trophy and the Overall Trophy. Good luck to all the teams competing.
All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself/themselves familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.
The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the [date of entry], whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
