Only athletes aged 35 and older can enter this event. You also need to be registered with UKA or be an overseas visitor.

If you have a current BMAF area club membership (with 2 or more memberships, you can choose which one to represent), you will automatically receive the discounted price as follows:

BMAF Members.                
First event £ 23.00             
Subsequent events £ 9.50

Non Members.                
First event £ 28.00             
Subsequent events £ 14.50

Overseas visitors without a UKA registration should select their country and their entry will then be confirmed.

Events: 60m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 60m H, 3000m walk, Triple Jump, High Jump,
Long Jump, Pole Vault, Shot.

Please note:

1. Number collection on the day. Registration closes at least 1 hour before each event (Pole vault 90 minutes).
2. Only the following spikes are allowed on the indoor track.
a. Omnilite Ceramic Pyramid or Christmas Tree 5 or 7 mm;
b. Steel Christmas Tree 6mm
c. Steel RT Compression 6mm

They will not allow – steel pyramid, tartan or needle spikes (all sizes).

World Masters shoe rules will apply at the indoor track championships, so that carbon-plate non-spikes shoes can be used in the middle-distance events as well as the spiked shoes

Medals will be presented to the first three competitors in each age category. Awards to British competitors will only take the British competitors’ placings into account. You do not need to be a member of an BMAF area club to be eligible for a medal
