This Challenge Meet and Young Athletes competition is following on the events that were organized in previous comprtitons for these categories, alternating with the events held at the last AM organised competition on the 29 April 2023.

Although events have been mostly over-shadowed by older categories in the endeavor by AM to reach MQS's set by the MOC, it is hoped that a standard of alternating events which will be agreed upon in September 2023 will be adopted for each T & F season.

While it is appreciated that our sport comprises many disciplines and the majority of which will be put on in a regular manner, one and all need to understand constraints arising from the preparation for particular competitions, both locally and overseas;  the demands put forward by the National School of Sport;  the availabilty of AM officials and helpers and the exposure to as many different disciplines as possible for the youngsters, until such time and ages when our budding starlets will come to specialization.
