Here are the RACE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTRANTS
Open to all Masters (age 35 and over on race day). A current UKA registration is also required.
Start time: 2pm

5 Mile cross country race. Men and women run together.
Medals awarded to the first three finishers in each age category from 35 to 100+.
Entry fee £10
Reduced rate of £8 for VAC and BMAF Area Club members.
Please enter VAC or your BMAF Masters Area Club (SCVAC, EMAC etc) as your team code to get the reduced rate. If you are not currently a member of an Area Club then enter your 1st Claim Club.
