Open to masters athletes (35 years or older)

England Athletics registraton is mandatory

All entrants must have Sussex County qualification through Birth or Residence. Residence requires nine months' continuous residence in the county prior to the date of competition.

REGISTRATION:             Number collection on the day. Registration will close 60 minutes before each event

AWARDS:                       Medals for first three finishers in each age category. Presentations as soon as possible after each event. No standards required.

Entry fees: £8 per event.

Closing date for entries: 3rd September (23:59)

The timetable wiil be updated once entries close, taking account of the number of entries in each event. The final timetable will then sent to all competitors together with athlete instructions

All competititors in the long throws and horizontal jumps will be permitted four trials.  If the numbers are less than we have planned, then the number of trials will be increased to the extent possible.  We are also limited by the nuimber of officials and other helpers who volunteer their time. 

Results will appear online uisng the same link as for entries, as soon as they have been transcribed from the field cards.
