6pm Start = Discus & Shot Put. Max 10 per event
7pm Start = Hammer & Javelin. Max 10 per event
Entry fee £8.50 per event
Entries Close Sunday 23rd April 23:59, or when entries have reached their limit
All events will be seeded shortest to longest performance
All athletes have 6 trials
All athletes throw their own age group weights
