Competition Information
- Competition is open to U13, U15, U17, U20 & Senior
- Minimum age is 11 years old BEFORE 31st August 2023 (UKA Age Group Rules)
Age Groups:
- U13- 11 or 12 on 31st August 2023
- U15- 13 or 14 on 31st August 2023
- U17- 15 or 16 on 31st August 2023
- U20- over 16 in the year of competition
Please note there will be no separate Masters categories. Masters athletes are welcome to compete as Senior athletes but they must use Senior weights/hurdles.
