Races will be run fastest to slowest and will be mixed male/female.

ENTRY DESK NOTICE - Opening Time: 08:00

• Registration for your race will close 1 hour before your start time. 
• Races will be seeded with the fastest athletes running first
• Athletes will need to report to the call room 15 minutes prior to the start time of their race
