Medals for first three in each gender/age group 

Track reporting - 10 minutes before event time
Field -warm up is 30 minutes before event time
Numbers must be worn front and back except for the high/long jump where only one number will be required either front or back of vest as athlete decides
Numbers must be worn as issued without folding or cutting
The Maximum length of spike at Basingstoke is 6mm these will be checked on the day

Repeort for track 10 mins before scheduked race time
