This event is for masters’ athletes (anyone aged 35 or over) who wish to compete in the British Masters 10k Road Championships at Grangemouth Sports Stadium, Grangemouth, FK3 0EE.  This is part of the Round the Houses race. Ambulant athletes welcome.

All UK residents must have a current UKA registration to enter. Overseas visitors without a UKA registration should enter their national team code and their entry will be confirmed by the competition secretary.

If you have a current BMAF area club membership (with 2 or more memberships, you can choose which one to represent), you will automatically receive the discounted price as follows:

Individual medals will be awarded to the first three finishers in each five-year age category from 35 to 100+.

Team entries from UKA clubs are welcome based on their first claim members.  Team awards: first 3 women’s/men’s teams 35-44, 45-54, etc, if at least 2 teams are entered in the age group. At close of entries there were sufficient entries in 6 age categories, after applying down-aging, to justify making team awards as well.  Provisional teams have been set up as indicated HERE and it is only necessary to declare changes to these teams. This must be done before the end of registration. Anyone competing in a lower age group for a team still competes in their own age group for the purposes of an individual medal.
