Only athletes over 35, who are registered with UKA, and overseas visitors may enter this competition. Newcomers should first use the SIGNUP option before logging into BMAF OpenTrack to register with the BMAF. For further information refer to the BMAF website

Please use your first claim club code if you are registered with BMAF but you are not a current area club member. Overseas visitors without a UKA registration should enter their national team code and their entry will be confirmed by the competition secretary.

This event incorporates the NEMAA10,000m Championships for paid up NEMAA members with (championship qualification) and is part of NECAA/NEMAA Multi event championships

WMA shoe rules apply: maximum sole depth for shoes of 40mm (except shoes with spikes maximum sole depth of 30mm)

Due to previous excellent entries in Race 1 these times are only PROVISIONAL – an extra race might have to be timetabled following registration on the day, as in 2021. Also, as the meeting is part of a multi events championships, timings are flexible.

Monkton Stadium is close to the A19 and routes to Newcastle (20 minutes). Site parking costs 70p for the whole day (tbc). The nearest METRO station is JARROW followed by a 20minutes’ walk. Free parking is available less than 5 minutes walk from the stadium, along both sides of York Avenue

REGISTRATION:              Number collection on the day
                                     Registration will close 60 minutes before each race

AWARDS:                       Medals for first three finishers in each age category
                                     Presentations as soon as possible after each race
