MEDALS

Individual Medals for 5-year age Categories:-

M40; M45; M50; M55; M60; M65; M70; M75 etc

W35; W40; W45; W50; W55; W60; W65; W70; W75 etc

Team medals – 3 to score for:-

M40 / M50 / M60

W35 / W45 / W55

ENTER AS AN INDIVIDUAL.  NO LATE ENTRIES / NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY. 

TEAMS: You do not need to make a team entry.  The first 3 finishers from the club in the age group will score.  Older runners cannot be included in M40, M50, W35 and W45 teams.  W55 and M60 teams will include any athlete above that age. 

For both individuals and teams, Gold / Silver / Bronze medals are awarded ONLY if more than 8 entries in the Category; Gold / Silver if 5-8; Gold alone if 4 or fewer.

Medals will be presented as quickly as possible after the end of each race. 

COLLECT NUMBERS ON THE DAY FROM RACE HQ CLOSE TO THE START.

THE COURSE is approx. 3.1 km per lap

The first kilometre is easy, flat, mown grass.  The course becomes more interesting in the rest of the lap.  One or two parts can be very slippery when wet.

LOCATION:   Nonsuch Park runs alongside the A24 London Rd at Stoneleigh.  There are two vehicle entrances and car parks from London Rd and a third in the northeast corner at Cheam gate.  Also pedestrian access from the east and southeast from Warren Farm and Castle Av respectively.  Car parking is not generous.  You will find some street parking to the west of London Rd in Stoneleigh.  There is better street parking although harder to find around Castle Avenue. 

Public Transport:  By Train to Stoneleigh or Cheam.  Several bus routes pass the park including 151, 470, X26 and 293

Start and Finish will be close to Nonsuch Mansion where there are public toilets and a coffee shop.
