Entry is £8.00 for first event; each additional event £5.00.

Collection of numbers from 5.30pm. There may be separate desks for different events. Please ensure you join the correct queue.

You must collect numbers at least 30 mins before the start of each series of races so we can seed the races.

If you will arrive later please phone (01923)675423 giving your name and race you are entered for.

There is an overflow car park prior to the main entrance on Horseshoe Lane if you are travelling up from the A405/Garston but we cannot guarantee there are spaces.

Nearest large car park if the facility car parks are full is the Leavesden Country Park off College Road WD5 0NR (approx 1100 metres) which is a continuation of Horseshoe Lane.

The Harvester Car Park is now pay and display

We regret that there are no refunds for entries as we still have to pay for the administration costs.

Please note that if no estimated times are given the entry will be put in the slowest race and we cannot change this on the day of the meeting.
