The team that brought you the UoB Track and Field Series, in partnership with Aldi, are proud to present the UoB Track and Field Festival!

Expect the atmosphere, prizes, and performances that you have come to expect from our midweek meetings to be dialled up to the next level at this weekend spanning meet! This event aims to be a celebration of everything good about athletics, and will offer excitement for spectators and athletes alike with:

  • Electronic timing and EDM, with a level 2 permit in place for the meet
  • Quality competition, with the aim of hitting even more European and World Junior Q times than ever before
  • Livestreaming with commentary on YouTube
  • In-stadium announcement with music and a DJ
  • The chance to get closer to the action than ever before, with dedicated infield cheerzones 
  • Unique relay opportunities, with mixed 4x400m and 4x800m
  • A variety of dedicated junior and master's events
  • Prize money in selected events, aiming to attract the best domestic talent to show down
  • Several event photographers, with all photos made available for free after the event
  • A bar, providing drinks from locally based Birmingham Brewing Company as well other favourites
  • Several different delicious food options from local vendors

All this and much more will make this a memorable event for all!
