The course (map) is on paths within Richmond Park and is suitable for spikes or flats. It starts on the edge of Spankers Hill Wood, near the Pen Ponds car park.  Please use Robin Hood car park or the Thames clubhouse for parking.  The clubhouse is on the east side of the A3 just after the ASDA roundabout; cars approaching from the south should use the underpass at the ASDA roundabout. Cars cannot access the Richmond Park from Robin Hood Gate; the Park will close to cars at 8:30 pm.

Prizes will be awarded in ladies’ and men’s, open and veterans’ categories and there will be a presentation at the Thames clubhouse from about 9.00 p.m. Food and refreshments will also be available.

Due to licensing restrictions, we can only accept a maximum of 110 teams. Given the likely demand for places, we ask that no club enters more than 16 teams (men and ladies combined). The deadline for entries will be 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday 7th June or when then limit of 110 teams is reached (whichever is sooner). We will not be able to accept entries on the night, although of course you will not need to confirm team members and running orders until then.

By entering teams, you certify that team members will not participate in the race unless they are fit to run and agree that the organisers will in no way be held responsible for any injury, loss, or illness suffered as a result of their participation in the event or for loss of their belongings.
