Men over 35, 40, 45, 50, 1^st and 2^nd individual
Men over 55, 60,65,70 and 75, 1^st individual
Athletes must be over 35, 40 etc on race day

13.15     Under 13 Boys and Girls. (1 mile)
All age group entry fee £3.00 per individual
Prizes awarded to the 1st six individuals in each age group
Age group qualification Under 13, Boys and Girls is the 31st December 2022
All age group prizes will be presented as each race finishes
