Athlete info: As per the last two fixtures - there is no need to formally sign-in in the Garenne Stand. You will however need to collect your bib number from the club room if this is your first meet of the season and you don't currently have a number. Those who are competing in the 3,000m will also need to ensure they wear an additional number on the back of your vest as well as the front. So you will too need to collect this additional number from the club room. Bibs will be laid out on the desk for collection - please check competitior list or start lists for your allocated number.

Track - Please report to the relevant start area 10mins before the timetabled event start. You can continue to warm up at this time but it is important to enable us to stick to the timetable - the starts team need to ensure you are there. Heats and start lists are confirmed online including exact start times for each race - please check these so you are aware.

Field - you can report to the relevant area as early as you like to undertake warm-up jumps/throws. At latest you should be there 10mins before timetabled start.
