Sign-in

As usual, athletes must register 40mins prior to their (first) event. Reminder you MUST bring your bib number which you'll retain throughout the whole series.

Reporting

Track athletes should be in the vicinity of the start area of their race from around 10mins before scheduled race time, but should continue to warm up and listen out for the starts team to call them forward. Field event athletes can take practice throws/jumps up to 20mins before the start of the competition.

Track orientation

Note that due to the anticipated wind direction, all events except the hurdles events will be run finishing at the end of the back-straight. Any change to this will be advised here or over the PA system during the meet
