The Finsbury Park 5000s are a Friday evening festival of 5000m running, hosted by London Heathside. A series of open graded 5000m track races will start at 18:45 and continue until home time. Races will run slowest to fastest.

At our last running in 2021 more than half of the competitors ran a PB.
The event is held at the London Marathon Athletics Track in the middle of Finsbury Park, and is best accessed from Manor House tube.
We're hoping for an entertaining evening with our cafe open, and local craft beers.
There will be seven races, and athletes must be U20 and older (ie at least 17 by 31st Aug 2022).
