Men M35, M40, M45, M50 & M55, 12000m 13:10

Women W35, W40, W45, W50, W55, W60+ and M60+, 6000m 14:10

These races are within the senior mens and senior womens race respectively.  

All runners must be registered with England Athletics and run in their first claim club colours. You must be a current member of EMAC to enter the Masters Championships.

You may also be part of your first claim club's team and be recorded as an individual in the Eastern Athletics Association Cross Country Championships if you/your club are within their area. (Northants and Bucks are not in the area, Lincolnshire is in).
