This event is open to paid-up members of the masters' Area Clubs and Associations of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
It is being staged by Heaton Harriers & AC for NEMAA. The Inter-Area is incorprated within the North East Masters Cross Country Championships.
Entries are OPEN until the end of today (3rd Feb) to give a last chance to clubs wishing to make up a full team.

Turn off A1058 Newcastle-North Shields/Tynemouth Coast Road at the Benton Wallsend directions, make way to the sports centre.

Race 1 – 12:00: All Women and Men 65+ (approx. 3.5 miles; 2 laps)
Race 2 – 13:15: M35 to M64 (approx. 5.25 miles; 3 laps)
Entry fee; £5
Closing date for entries: Friday 28th January 2022
Men's and Women's teams, 6 to score, age graded scoring, based on age and distance run.
Prize certificates to all members of the winning Area Club, plus best men's and women's age graded score.
Shield to the overall winning combined Area Club (Men + Women).
