MEETING INFORMATION
The event is relay races for Teams of three runners.
Six races are run separately for male / female athletes in 3 age groups.

Entry closes midnight on 6th October 2022. - Squad Declaration
You must nominate squads of runners from which you will declare your team(s) on race day.
You must enter a separate squad for each age \ gender category, (e.g. U13G) for whcih you have entered teams.
If you have entered more than one team in a category, then you can declare all athlete names against your A team. You do not need to enter seaprate squads for B & C teams. - Squad declarations may be added, or amended, up to the closing date of midnight Thursday 6th October.

On Race Day
Team managers must collect an envelope with number cards and declaration sheets.
You must declare athletes in every team before the start of the race. Names can only come from the squads declared earlier.
Eligibility
Clubs affiliated to SCAA can enter teams.
All athletes taking part in the relays must have either been born in Surrey or have residential claim.

CLUB VESTS MUST BE WORN
Athletes must run in their own age group. A member of an U17 or U15 team may run a second leg to make up an otherwise incomplete team but the second team will be deemed non-scoring, and only the athlete’s first leg will be considered for the fastest lap medal.
U13 athletes must not run a second leg as this will exceed the maximum distance permitted by UKA Rules.
Medals
Medals will be awarded to the members of the first three teams in every race.
A medal will also be awarded to the runner with the fastest lap in every race.
Medal presentations will be made as soon as possible after the finish of every race
Getting There
Morden Park is about 1 mile south of Morden town centre next to the A24.
DO NOT GO TO MORDEN HALL PARK. This is a different venue north of Morden centre.
By car
Access is from the A24 London Road, follow the signs to the Morden Leisure Centre.
Use the large car park on the right after the leisure centre. Parking is free on Saturdays after 13.00.
By Public Transport
Morden Park is a short walk from Morden Tube station – the end of the Northern Line.
Bus 93 from Putney to North Cheam stops by the park on the A24 and other bus routes border the park.
Thameslink trains stop at Morden South very close to the park.
