1. Submit Permit Application and permit fee payment (& Associate Affiliation if applicable). Applications must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the event date.

Road Race Only-  2. Submit Returns Forms within 28 days post-race date along with fees** (**Fees detailed in the Returns Form include your £25 deposit. Download Fee Summary)

Track and Field Only- 2. Submit your event Timetable and list of Officials to [email protected] at least two weeks before the event.

All Events- Must submit a copy of your event Risk Assessment to [email protected]

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF APPLICATION. APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

If using the Online Entry System, entry fees are sent to you by cheque within 28 days of receipt of your post-event Returns Forms.
