Incorporating the OPEN WELSH JUNIOR TRIAL RACE/S FOR:
THE JUNIOR HOME COUNTRIES INTERNATIONAL YOUTH CUP (Born 2004 to 2005 at Ambleside, Cumbria on Saturday 24th July))
& THE BRITISH & IRISH JUMIOR MOUNTAIN RUNNING CHAMPIONSHIPS (Born 2002 to 2006 at Newcastle, County Down. Northern Ireland on Saturday 4th September))

This Welsh Athletics event is specific, only for U15, U17 and U20 athletes. Minimum age: 12 – Born Before 01/01/2009

Please note: ALL ATHLETES
You must make sure when you enter your name is set in the correct boxes.
In the 'drop list' your surname should always be first.
If it is not in the correct order, you must re-enter as a 'NEW ATHLETE'
you will not be able to enter events if this has not been changed.
ATHLETES ARE ONLY PERMITTED TO ENTER ONE EVENT. Entry Fee £5.00
Event Schedule:
Race 1 – 12:00pm – Under 15 male & female. Born in 2007 or 2008 – 2.8km/120m.

Race 2 – 1:00pm – Under 17 & 20 women. Born in 2002/03/04/05 or 2006 – 4.8km/240m.

Race 3 – 2:00pm – Under 17 & 20 men. Born in 2002/03/04/05 & 2006 – 6.4km/360m.

Welsh Athletics championships entries close = Sunday 20th June @ 23:59
Entries for the trial events close = Sunday 20th June @ 23:59
WELSH JUNIOR MOUNTAIN RUNNING CHAMPIONSHIPS:
Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the first three male and female finishers in all the categories.
Athletes must be registered with Welsh Athletics to be eligible for championship medals.
INTERNATIONAL SELECTION – Emphasis given to trial race results/subject to standards & budgets.
