Instead of the usual league format, this will be run as an "open meeting" for members of league clubs.
The seating area is roped off and we may need to sit on the grass when not competing, so please bring a blanket or something to sit on.
Spaces in the car park are also reduced so please leave enough time to find alternative parking.
Remember also in the running events that the UKA rules of competition only permit spikes or racing flats to be used. Shoes iike the 4%, Vaporfly NEXT%, Alphafly, Endorphin Pro, Endorphin Speed, Adios Pro, Metaracer, Metaspeed Sky, RC Elite are NOT allowed.
