Please read detailed instructions on the Lliswerry Runners Virtual 8 web page. In summary:

How to participate

1. Create an OpenTrack account OR have someone with an OpenTrack account enter or your behalf.
2. If you want to run in a relay team please send your team name & members to [email protected] in advance for us to set up.
3. Click on the green “Enter here” button below
4. Submit your results manually or by Strava/Garmin upload by clicking on one of the yellow buttons below.
5. You can submit multiple times. The system will overwrite your last entry.
6. Results can be checked by clicking on the blue “Start Lists/Results” button or the very bottom “Scores” button which will show the relay results.

Current guidelines state that you must run alone or with a member of your household only. You may only run the Lliswerry 8 route if it is close enough for you to access from your doorstep.
