A series of graded 10,000m track races with pacemakers.

Incorporating the North of England 10,000m Championships and Yorkshire 10,000m Championships

Venue: John Charles Centre for Sport, Middleton Grove, Leeds, LS11 5DJ

Electronic Timing.  6:00pm first race.  6:45pm Wheelchair race.  8:35pm Elite Womens Race.  9:20pm Elite Mens Race

Event under UK:A Rules and eligible for Power of 10 and Run Britain Rankings

Entry Standards:  34:00 Men, 37:00 Women.
