Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre proudly presents Wednesday Night Open Meeting Hurdles event supported by Bruce Longden Coaching Foundation.
Age Groups: U13/U15/U17 event, U20/U23/Senior/Masters event
Cost of Entry: £7.50 per event
Entry closing date: Friday 23rd July -23.00pm, or once capacity is reached
PLEASE NOTE: in the Qualifying Performance (QP) box at registration please put your season best time, this will be used for seeding

400m Hurdles U20 & Senior Men & Women 18:00-18:30 - Races will be run slowest to fastest.
100m -U13/U15/U17's races 18:40-19:00 - Races will be run slowests to fastest.
100m -U20, U23, seniors, masters races 19:05-19:25 - Races will be run fastest to slowest.
400m - U17,U20, U23, seniors, masters races 19:40 -20:00 - Races will be run slowest to fastest.
200m -U13/U15/U17's races 20:15-20:50 - Races will be run slowests to fastest.
