Only athletes over 35, who are registered with UKA, and overseas visitors may enter this competition. Newcomers should first use the SIGNUP option before logging into BMAF OpenTrack to register with the BMAF. For further information refer to the BMAF website

Please enter your area club as your team code or use your first claim club code if you are registered with BMAF but you are not a current area club member. Overseas visitors without a UKA registration should enter their national team code and their entry will be confirmed by the competition secretary.

Entry Fee for BMAF area club members: 5,000m: £10. Non-members: £13

12:15     5K Race 1: Fastest first

13:15     5k Race 2 - As required

Timings have to be flexible as these events are taking place at the same time as a Pentathlon and a Throws Pentathlon. For the full timetable, reference here
