This event is for masters’ athletes (anyone over the age of 35) who wish to compete in the British Masters 5k Road Championships at the Steven Burke Cycle & Sports Hub near Barrowford Lancashire, BB9 8PU.
This competition includes the NMAC 10km Championships.

Timetable:

11:00 W35+; 11:45 M65+; 12:30 M55-64: 13:00 M35-54

Medal presentations will be made at the finish, awarded to the first three finishers in each five-year age category from 35 to 100+.
Teams: UKA First Claim clubs, first 3 teams in each 10-year age group 35-44 to 65+, 3 to score. Down-ageing to make up a team permitted. 
Northern Masters – individual medals to first 3 in each 5-year age category 35 to 75+.

The teams will be automatically allocated, unless you want to down-age a team member only to make up for a shortage in the younger age group. You can pre-declare teams in advance or on the day up to 30 minutes before the start of the race where the downageing has occurred from. Please see the entries for your club here,
