This event is for masters’ athletes (anyone over the age of 35) who wish to compete in the British Masters 10k Road Championships at Cyclopark, The Tollgate, Watling St, Gravesend DA11 7NP.

The 10k course is traffic-free on a safe tarmac course and with age group wave starts so head-to-head competitive racing is guaranteed. Cyclopark is the perfect venue for a Road Race with all the infrastructure in place. The race will operate in a Covid secure environment but this may impact the use of changing rooms and some facilities.

Start time: 11-00am With COVID rates rising it is proposed to deploy a wave start by age group with a minute between.   

Medals will be awarded to the first three finishers in each five-year age category from 35 to 100+. Entries from UKA clubs are welcome; team composition by UKA Club: 1st claim members; first 3 women’s/men’s teams 35-44, 45-54, etc, if at least 2 teams finish. Declaration not necessary; down-ageing allowed.

The teams will be automatically allocated, unless you want to down-age a team member only to make up for a shortage in the younger age group. You can pre-declare teams in advance or on the day up to 30 minutes before the start of the race. Please see the entries for your club here,
