Anyone from WSEH plus friends and relatives can enter
The distance must be no less than 3000 metres and completed between 00:01 Sunday 10th May & 11:59pm Monday 25th May. 1 entry per person!
Please observe all government social distancing and safety regulations at all times. Routes should be pedestrian free and leave enough space to pass. Please select quieter times in the day and run individually. Busy parks or residential streets are not suitable places to run.
Each individual runner must upload their Strava/Garmin performance by 23:59 on Monday 25th May on Opentrack, using these instructions: Link
Runs should be named as "WSEH 3K".
Results will be based on “time elapsed” rather than “moving time”. Note: If you do the run on track then GPS may show you as running further than 3k but you must still complete the proper race distance of 7 1/2 laps.
We reserve the right to cancel the event if lockdown conditions change
