The Ranelagh Virtual Mercurial Mile is the fifth and final event in our virtual summer series. Run your own mile any time between Thursday 30th July and Sunday 2nd August. 

Entry is free and for Ranelagh members only.  

Your run can be on any terrain, but please try to ensure that the elevation is net flat for fairness. Any course exceeding 5m net elevation loss will be subject to time penalties. 

Use a GPS device to record your run time and elevation, and submit evidence with your result submission (via Strava or Garmin). Make sure you submit your results by 23:59 on Sunday 2nd August. Please submit your elapsed time (using the format HH:MM:SS) rather than moving time. In Strava this can be most easily seen by setting the run type to “race”. 

If you can’t find a course with the required elevation or are not able to record your run, contact Suzy / James (on [email protected]).

You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others around you. This is more important than racing and you are representing the club, so please be sensible.
