Run our opening club run anywhere, anytime between Fri 4th and Sun 6th September.

Entry is free and for Ranelagh members only. 

We’d like to have as many of you join in as possible to kick off the new season! You can race it or run it for fun, whether solo or in socially distanced groups. You can measure your time on any device, whether GPS or a traditional stopwatch. Just make sure you cover 3.85 miles.

Most importantly – we’d like to see photos of everyone so we can compile our first ever virtual annual club photo. Please email your photos to [email protected]. Even if you don't run, please send in a photo!

To be eligible for the handicap, you will need to run on the Thomas Cup Course and submit evidence with your result using a GPS device. Please let us know if you decide not to run, so the handicapper doesn’t have to do any unnecessary work.

All other entrants will have their time recorded and be included in the speed order, but not in the handicap competition.

You must submit your results by 23:59 on Sun 6th September. Instructions on how to do this are here. 

Please submit your elapsed time rather than moving time.

You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others around you. Please take care and follow government guidance when running, as you would on your normal training runs. We'd like to ask that you avoid running or congregating in large groups, and if you do run in a socially distanced group please avoid wearing the club vest. 

NOTE: the race is now closed for Handicap entries, but you can still race and will be listed in Speed Order Results
