Running
1. Port Erin 10km - Race a 10km loop
2. Peel Hill Race - Run any uphill route with minimum 300ft climb in at least 2 miles, submit your average Gradient Adjusted Pace.
You should not enter the Hill Race if you do not live near a hill
3. Douglas 5km - Race a 5km out-and-back
Drinking
4. Pint race - Straight final, submit only your fastest pint downing time
5. Chunder Mile - Submit your time and either an embed link to an Instagram video or a Strava upload with photo proof
