The idea of this event is to replicate the BUCS standard distance triathlon. The aim of this event is to have as many students taking part as possible representing a range of universities.
THE EVENT
The event will start on Friday 15th May and run for 3 consecutive days consisting of :
Day 1 - 3km run
Day 2 - 40km bike
Day 3 - 10km run
HOW DO I UPLOAD MY RESULTS
- On the homepage of this event there will be a 'submit result' link once the event has started. Enter you time and paste in you Stava/Garmin connect embedded link.
RULES
- We will accept any elapsed time, provided that the run does not have an overall negative gradient exceeding -10m. Therefore, we recommend an out and back route or a loop so you finish where you start.
- The same applies for the bike. You can do a 40km effort on the roads or if you have Zwift we have organised a Zwift meet-up for 9:30am on Saturday 16th. More details can be found on the fb event page (https://www.facebook.com/events/1085335691839237/permalink/1090876224618517/)
