All races to be seeded prior to competition & timetable sent to each athlete on Thursday August 20th with time of race. The email will contain instructions for how the competition will run to maintain safety for athletes, officials, track staff & volunteers

400m: Only available for U20+ women. If in a younger age group, please do not enter it - enter the 300m. For the men, it is U17+.
