Every month we have a virtual run for you to take part in. This is a friendly challenge and something to get you motivated, out and running.

This month’s run is a VIRTUAL MILE

Complete 1 mile, whenever and wherever you like. We’ll have a leaderboard, but don’t worry it’s about getting out and doing it, not being the fastest!.

You can enter your mile runs as many times as you like throughout July.
