A free to enter multi event competition that can be done at home or in a park (standing LJ, TJ, VJ, football overhead heave and chest push, balance test, 10x10m shuttle run, 1 mile, 10min run and egg catch and throw). - Enter competition by clicking Enter Here below and selecting the Athlon
- Compete in each multi-event within competition dates
- Upload your results. Proof of activity may be required. Please email short video or photos to [email protected]
