Poole Athletic Club are hosting a FREE virtual 3K for 1st & 2nd Claim Members and friends from Under 11’s through to Masters. The Run is to be completed between 00:01 on Tuesday 26th May and 23:59 on Tuesday 2nd June. Results can be submitted any time during this window. You can enter up to and including the START DATE for the Time Trial.

• Sign into your OpenTrack Account, or create an account if you are new to this.
• Enter the competition by clicking the green ‘Enter Here’ button
• Run the set distance within the competition dates.
• Record your run using your GPS uploading using the URL facility on your Garmin/Strava.

Please observe all government social distancing and safety regulations at all times. Plan your run within a reasonable distance from home and look to run at quieter times particularly at popular locations.

Results will be based on “time elapsed." This must be a continuous run. Routes with significant negative elevation (-30m) will incur a 2 sec penalty for every additional metre. No more than 3 laps are permitted.

Runs must be completed individually unless you are in the U11-U13 age Group who MUST be supervised by one’s parent or guardian at all times.

We reserve the right to cancel the event if lockdown conditions change.
