3. Run set race distance within the competition dates
4. Upload your GPS proof of activity
5. Individual and team scores are calculated automatically

Rules

• Social distancing rules should be adhered to
• No large decents
• Times should be based on running “time elapsed” rather than “moving time”
• The race official reserves the right to implement a time penalty or disqualification on activities with significant deviation from the rules
