Graded paced 5000m track races, plus EA 5000m Champs. In 2019 66% of athletes ran PBs!

Entries open to all affiliated athletes with a sub 22 minute 5k since 1 Jan 2019.  UK Entries without a valid competition licence will not be allowed.

You will need to provide a qualifying performance time that we must be able to verify.  If you run a quicker time before the event, please email us so we can update.    

Entry cost - £16 (you must be a fully paid up member of a UK affiliated club)

Free entry for elite athletes (sub 14.30 men and 17.20 women). Enter your details in the normal way, stop at the payment stage and then contact the organiser.
