Timetable
An email will be sent before the event confirming what time your event is, and what time to arrive at the venue (likely to be a 20-minute arrival slot, 40-60 minutes prior to the event start time). Please also expect to exit the venue promptly after your event.
Field events will be split into 2 pools starting at different times. Track events will also be staggered to limit numbers in the stadium.
