It’s quite simple really, we will accept any elapsed times for the 5k distance with cadence data that suggests it was ran (usually like 160-210spm) evidenced by a Strava/Garmin Connect embedded link uploaded to OpenTrack
Daily virtual jerseys will be awarded on Insta to the leaders of each of the following classifications:
Maillot Jaune - The individual with the fastest time
Maillot Vert - The individual with the fastest mile split incorporated into their 5k
Maillot à Poi’s Rouges - For the K/QOMs. The individual with the greatest negative elevation.
Maillot Blanc - The Junior athlete with the fastest time. Only eligible for those U23. No funny Kenyan age guesstimations please
Maillot Renard Argent - The fastest V50. Take care, the Silver Fox 🎩🎩🎩
This event has a £1 fee to support OpenTrack's running.
The only thing we ask is that you fully respect Government guidelines. This is essential - avoid running in busy parks, don’t run with anyone who isn’t from your household and and do not drive somewhere to run. The point of this is to get creative with your daily runs, not to bend the social distancing guidelines!
