U13B & U13G 2km - first 4 to score
U15B & U15G 3km - first 3 to score
U17W & U17M 3km - first 3 to score
U20M, Senior Men & U20W Senior Women 5km - first 4 to score per team
Masters M&W 35+40 45+50, 55+ 5km - first 4 to score

Entries only open to fully paid-up members of a Club affiliated to Welsh Athletics (W.A.), who are currently members of the W.A. registration scheme and those athletes that enter under their schools' name.
You must be eligible to run for EAST WALES region
BIRTH:- If born in one of the six administrative counties of Blaenau Gwent, Newport, Monmouthshire, Torfaen, Powys, Caerphilly (previous selected athletes for South Wales remain in the South)
RESIDENCE:- continuously in EAST Wales since Aug 1st 2019
There is no limit to the number of teams per club - this is automatically calculated based on the number of athletes from each club who submit times.
The closing date for entries is midday on Wednesday 16th December midday
Downhill courses are not permitted
Runners must complete the course solo, or if with others, social distancing must be observed at all times
Teams must be all male or female
Athletes can upload Strava or Garmin data between 00:01 on Thursday 17th December & 23:59 on Sunday 17th January (Upload instructions). Runners must ensure that their runs are made PUBLIC to allow for result scrutiny.
