The Big (Anti) Social Run Wales

Friday 19th – Sunday 21st June 2020

We are encouraging individuals, families and household members to get out there and walk, Jog or Run for at least 30 minutes.

No competition, no prizes, just be part of a mass run on your own terms and in your own time.

PLEASE ADHERE TO CURRENT SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES IN WALES

Runners should avoid busy parks/routes
Please be considerate to others by keeping at least 2m apart when passing
Runs MUST be completed solo or with Household members
Do not drive somewhere to run

Welsh Government regulations on leaving home to exercise

Individual runners should upload the distance covered on their run (in km) between 00:01 on Friday 19^th June & 23:59 on Sunday 21^th June
