Results Competitors   (54) Scores

The event will run from Thursday 7th May to Tuesday 12th May - across the weekend when BUCS outdoors was meant to take place.

This event is part of the British Universities Race Series along with a mile race (21/5 to 26/5) and a 5k (4/6 to 9/6). Entry details will be made available for these shortly.

SCORING:
4 athletes to score per univeristy for team competition (male/female separate).
Any number of athletes may enter per university.
Alumni may also enter but will not score in the team competition.

SUBMITTING RESULTS AND COURSE SPECIFICATIONS:
Athletes must record their runs using GPS date and submit evidence with their result submission (either through strava or garmin connect).
Try to avoid repeated short loops as this overestimates the distance you have run - aim to keep loops 1km or longer or run an out-and-back. 
Runs with more than 30ft overall negative elevation gain will have time penalties applied (penalties will correlate to amount of negative elevation gain).

PLEASE ABIDE BY CURRENT LOCAL GOVERNMENT SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES DURING THE COMPETITION.
